Activities
Do you have a problem with PostFinance? The conciliation office may be able to help. We have competence to deal with customer complaints about transactions effected through or with PostFinance and, together with you and PostFinance, will seek a solution that is acceptable to both parties. The complaints we handle include complaints about the quality of customer service, problems with charges, incorrect transfers, inaccurate information, etc.
We are not, however, responsible for:
- issues relating to general business and pricing policy
- abstract legal and economic issues
- cases that are already the subject of an official or judicial procedure
- issues that have been the subject of previous mediation proceedings between the parties.
If you would like to find out more, take a look at our "Q&A" or read the brief information about us. The procedure, which is free of charge, is also described online. If you would like to initiate proceedings, please use the form provided for this purpose, which can be found on our website under "Proceedings".
All customers may call upon the services of the conciliation office, provided they have already attempted to resolve the issue with PostFinance.
Although the proposed solution to a particular case is final, neither side is obliged to accept it. All the parties involved are at liberty to halt the proceedings underway at the conciliation office at any time or to take legal action once a solution has been proposed.
